SUMMARY

Food preparation including but not limited to; hot and cold food prep, specialty area prep, ensure proper portion control, and plate or Buffet presentation of food product. Must be familiar with all Buffet choices and able to answer any guest questions, knowledgeable and in a courteous and patient manner. Rotates all food in assigned refrigerators and places all food in clean containers labeled and dated. Demonstrates ability to maintain designated station in a neat and orderly manner by practicing safe food handling and sanitation utilizing the necessary chemicals. Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of 1 year related experience.

Must be able to read and follow written and verbal safety guidelines.

Must be familiar with prep sheets.

Must wear clean provided uniform, hair net/hat and non-skid shoes.

Physically strong.

Must be able to work with others as a team player.

Minimum 18 years old.

No recent felony convictions.

Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, & holidays.
