Job Description Handle all customer issues and concerns regarding their product they have purchased from our stores, by getting any service needs taken care of in a timely manner to keep our customer base happy Work directly with the furniture technicians, delivery drivers, warehouse staff, and warehouse manager on a daily basis Ordering of parts necessary for completion of services, both for in home and in shop Direct communication with the customers on a daily basis through the telephone. Customers are always calling into the service department but the service coordinator is also always calling their customers with information regarding their services. Requirements Job Requirements Must be able to work Full Time Tuesday - Saturday 8:00 - 5:00 Must be a great communicator on the telephone, most contact with the customers will be done via the telephone Must be easily trained on proprietary systems on the computer. Everything we do is on the computer, computer knowledge is a must. Must have great attention to detail Must be able to multi-task Must be able to work in a multi person office/ call center environment Must be customer focused, able to handle upset customers on the telephone and address their needs and concerns and by the end of the conversation have the customers happy and satisfied to the best of your ability Must have a GOOD ATTITUDE Must be a good leader, with the ability to guide and train the employees that work for you.
