BAYADA Home Health is currently seeking an Client Services Manager/Case Manager to join the Dover, Delaware office. Training will be in Wilmington, DE.As the Client Services Manager/Case Manager you will assist the client service and recruiting managers while learning to manage a case load focusing on excellent customer service and quality home care delivery through coordination of client services and field staff recruiting and retention efforts. The successful candidate must be an extremely motivated team player, with a strong work ethic, and a high sense of urgency. As an Client Services Manager you will learn to:Manage a caseload by effectively scheduling appropriate staff and partner with clinical managers to provide supervision and support to field staff and clientsWork closely with internal insurance team regarding authorizations and billing for servicesProcess employee payroll and billing weeklyParticipate in the recruitment and retention of field staffFunction as facilitator among clients, families, clinical manager, field and office staff and case managersProvide feedback to employees related to performance, pay rate and developmentPossibility of occassional travel to offices in Wilimgton and Baltimore Minimum of a BachelorA?s DegreeExceptional customer service skills.Prior health care, home care, staffing, recruiting or account management experience preferredDemonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills Proven communication and PC skillsDesire to work in a collaborative, team oriented environment.Founded in 1975 by J.
