Job Description WSFS Bank is currently seeking a Senior SCCM Administrator . The Senior SCCM Administrator will identify and apply advanced systems level technical expertise to resolve highly complex solutions of technical problems for users and IT staff. The incumbent mentors others in providing validated technical information, support process instructions, special support requirements and customer relationship philosophy. The incumbent should be well-versed and experienced with commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Field Engineer support industry. The incumbent develops new procedures/processes when necessary as well as modify existing processes/procedures and tools to increase customer satisfaction and add knowledge to other IT staff. This position manages small to medium-sized projects and actively participates with larger projects to accomplish overall design, plan, delivery and management of technical initiates. The incumbent uses software distribution tools such as Package Studio to remediate and repackage application installs as necessary and also uses software distribution tools such as Microsoft SCCM to distribute software packages and updates to the environment. This position uses scripting skills to automate functions/processes that would otherwise be manual. The incumbent will also be responsible for the following: administering new Associate installs from hardware/software perspective; using judgement, creativity and sound technical knowledge to obtain and recommend solutions to various technical problems; identifying, documenting and reporting design, reliability and maintenance issues; participating in the expert development, testing and implementation of new systems and procedures; coordinating hardware repairs with Associates and third party vendors to ensure a positive customer experience; and assisting in managing hardware/software inventory. The schedule is a 40 hour work week M-F 8:00AM - 5:00PM and is located at our Operations Center in North Wilmington, DE. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required. Minimum 5 years of Desktop Technology Support experience is required. Must have experience in a remote technical support role including hardware/software/operating systems as well as server and network experience. Must have experience with Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) or similar software distribution tool(s). Must have experience working with application packaging tools (such as Wyse Package Studio). Must have experience with Help Desk ticketing systems, Active Directory, scripting, software automation/distribution tools, as well as Symantec AV products. Must have experience managing small to medium projects. Experience with ITIL processes is a plus. Must have a solid understanding and/or demonstrated working knowledge of PC hardware, wireless devices, printers, Group Policies and OP phones. Must have excellent research/technical and troubleshooting skills. Must have a solid understanding of PC applications/operating systems such as Office, Outlook, Windows, etc. in a domain/managed environment. Experience with Microsoft Windows 7 to Windows 10 and Windows 10 package migration. Must have excellent oral and written communications skills. Physical Demands: The physical demands described below must be met by an Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Incumbent will be required to stand for intermittent periods of time. Incumbent may be required to sit for prolonged periods of time. Dexterity is mandatory as this job requires frequent use of hands and fingers. The incumbent will be required to walk, reach with hands and arms, push items overhead, occasionally climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The incumbent will also be required to talk, hear, see, read and write. This position requires regular lifting and moving of 10-25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Incumbent must also have the ability to count accurately and the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and record, balance and check results for accuracy.
