Req ID: 44516BR This position can be telecommute based for internal candidates. External candidates will be based in the Newark DE office. POSITION SUMMARY Provide consultation and innovation to the COB file processes including vendor data exchanges to ensure members with primary insurance are appropriately documented in our processing system and comply with contractual requirements. Participate and lead process improvements and operational optimization. Fundamental Components: Support inbound/outbound COB processes. Provides technical and business oversight of business processes associated with member enrollment and COB. Duties may also include learning and supporting eligibility/enrollment. BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired: 5+ years Business Analyst experience. Must possess sound knowledge of structured IT application development lifecycles, methodologies inclusive of Use Case tools. Ability to recognize complex problems vs. objectives and apply creativity to analyze situations, develop solutions and procedures. EDUCATION The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
