Job Description:/h3:
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be responsible for generating appointments with prospective new clients. The ISR will research potential clients and communicate with key decision makers via telephone, as well as through email and other types of correspondence to set and keep appointments.
The ISR will be capable of identifying and reaching out to key decision makers in small to mid:size companies and present a clear message about the business results and value that IMPACT provides to our clients and what we can do for them.
IMPACT has a proven sales and marketing process. You will be trained to understand and deliver the message as part of our effective sales process and managed to that. We need a demonstrated winner who is accustomed to a high activity and achieving results.

Outcomes
The ISR will be responsible for setting and keeping set appointments with key decision makers. This role has a revenue and appointments set quota. All activities are measured such as Calls, Contacts, Emails, Meetings,
Networking/Events/Trade Shows, etc.
The sales process requires the ISR to be able to demonstrate excellent selling and communication skills in a fast:paced business environment.
Requirements
IMPACT continues to aggressively expand and improve its Sales and Marketing department by hiring high energy individuals to actively introduce our solutions to small and mid:sized companies in the assigned region. A combination of quality account development, B2B cold calling, fearlessness, humor, and aggressive sales skills are required for this position. Candidates for the position must have the following attributes and skills:
:Fearlessness and the ability to make cold calls and earn appointments
:Enjoys Talking with People and Excellent Conversationalist
:Prior business:to:business sales experience. 3+ years sales experience preferred.
:Prior sales experience with professional services
:Comfortable speaking to senior level executives
:Accountable. Not an excuse maker.
:Strong presentation and communication skills; verbal, phone, and written.
:Organized, Detail Oriented and Somewhat Obsessive About Them
:Ability to Think on Your Feet and Overcome Obstacles
:Metrics and Goals Driven
:Teachable. No victim mentality. Proven winner.
:Enjoys Completeness and Tidying Loose Ends and Document Activities
:Fully Functional knowledge of common software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc...)
:Basic understanding of Information Technology
:Experience using CRM Software
:Open Mindedness, Sense of Humor and Enjoys a Fast Pace Environment
:Ability to work on a team.
Bachelors Degree (preferred)
