TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST Key Objectives & Summary Provide onsite desktop support to users in the southern region offices (Delaware & Philadelphia), as well as remote support of users in other locations via phone and remote desktop. Work as part of a team to network infrastructure, both local and in the cloud, phone system, printers, routers and VPN. Participate as a key technical resource on project related tasks such as new office setups and the migration of existing network infrastructure to Microsoft Azure. Main Duties and Responsibilities:First/Second level support for Office software and hardware incidents.First level support for telecom and network incidents.First level support for incidents related to in-house applications (after appropriate training).Handling IT incidents and requests received via telephone, email or Help Desk application.Incident logging through the Help Desk application and managing/prioritizing workload.Remote user administration.Troubleshoot remote user connectivity issues.Desktop/laptop setup.Installation of software, updates and patches.Assistance with and troubleshooting of company issued smart phones.Travel to other locations as needed. Position Qualifications:Minimum3 + years hands-on experience, with an emphasis on desktop/laptop installs and remote access.Strong PC skills in all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc.) in addition to Project Management tools.Ability to diagnose hardware and software problems.Knowledge of basic network design, technologies.Excellent customer service skills to include good oral and written business communication skills.Goal and task oriented with demonstrated ability to meet deadlinesMust be able to follow-through on tasks and/or goals.Self-starter with ability to work independently or in a group/team effort; good people relationship skills.Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately.
