Provide bookkeeping and accounting support to the law office. . Assist with Accounts Payable data entry; enter check requests, enter credit card charges. . Setup new clients and associated data in time and billing system. . Perform bank reconciliations. . Review invoices to identify any errors before invoice delivery. . Research and resolve discrepancies. . Coordinate office services, as needed. . Other duties may be assigned.OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES OR QUALIFICATIONS . Minimum of 2 years Bookkeeper or Accounting experience required. . Knowledge of legal office operations. . Computer literacy with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. . PCLaw and QuickBooks experience a plus. . Aptitude with using office equipment including, but not limited to telephones, copiers, scanners, & faxes. . Work with others in a team environment - be willing to cross train on tasks within the office. . Excellent written and oral communication skills. . Professional demeanor. . Extremely detail oriented and organized. . Perform repetitive tasks and handle interruptions while maintaining speed and accuracy.
