Cash Connect, WSFS Bank's ATM division is currently seeking an ATM Funding Specialist. The ATM Funding Specialist is responsible for provisioning cash to ATMs funded by Cash Connect along with ancillary responsibilities related to the cash provisioning process with 100% accuracy and within pre-established deadlines. The incumbent will serve as the primary back-up for the Senior Funding Specialist and Recycling Specialist. The incumbent will execute authorizations for off schedule cash loads and requests for inventory use. The incumbent will be responsible for the approval of emergency cash reserve use for vendors and customers, and arranging for the replenishment of those reserves once service is completed. The ATM Funding Specialist will be responsible for the creation of wire transfers to correspondent banks and/or verification of wire transfers necessary to fund daily cash orders. This position will be responsible for the preparation and execution of general ledger transaction batches to post daily ATM funding and other cash provisioning activity. The incumbent will research all cash order issues while being responsible for the execution of daily production jobs to distribute electronic notifications to customers and armored carriers of cash orders received and processed. The incumbent will assist customers via the Customer Service toll free line and e-mail who have questions, issues or problems related to cash ordering. The incumbent will perform maintenance to Cash Track system as directed to maintain accurate profile information for customers, cash sources and service providers. The ATM Funding Specialist will run analyses of previous day activity in correspondent bank accounts to identify deposits that can be retrieved, prepare associated reports to document deposit drawdowns and create ACH debit transactions in WSFS Business Online Banking to recover deposits from correspondent banks. The incumbent may also be asked to support monthly reporting by assisting in the investigation of exceptions through outbound calls to Merchants who participate in our Deposit Safe Program. This is a full-time, 40 hr. /wk. Mon - Fri position located in Newark, DE.Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or its equivalent is required. Some college completed is preferred. * Some accounting and/or bookkeeping experience is preferred. * Must be strong with multi-tasking techniques and very detail oriented.* Must have excellent PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, etc.* Must have minimum of 2 years' experience with customer service support.* Must be proactive.* Must have strong oral and written communication skills. * Must have strong problem solving ability and can act within policy guidelines.* Must be able to work as part of a team.Physical Demands: The physical demands described below must be met by an Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.* Incumbent will be required to stand for intermittent periods of time. * Incumbent may be required to sit for prolonged periods of time. * Dexterity is mandatory as this job requires frequent use of hands and fingers. * The incumbent will be required to walk, reach with hands and arms, push items overhead, occasionally climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. * The incumbent will also be required to talk, hear, see, read and write. * This position requires regular lifting and moving of 10-25 lbs. * Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.Cognitive Demands: The cognitive demands described below must be met by an Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. * This position requires adaptability, assessing, analyzing, calculating, dependability, memorizing, good judgment, stress control, prioritization, social skills and speaking. * This position requires comprehension, organization, reasoning and decision-making, communication and mathematical ability. * Incumbent must possess the capability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, prioritization of own work schedule, apply common sense in performing job duties and making decisions which have impact on immediate work unit. * Incumbent must be able to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine paperwork, use existing form letter and/or conduct routine oral communication, communicate with individuals using a telephone, hear and speak effectively on the telephone, express or exchange ideas by means of spoken word, communicate orally with others accurately and quickly, at an audible level that others can hear. * Incumbent must also have the ability to count accurately and the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and record, balance and check results for accuracy.
