We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Budget Accountant to contribute to the strategic development and success of the organization. The Construction budget Accountant s responsible for: the monthly budget accounting close process including analytical review of the monthly budget results to ensure accurate budget information is available. ascertaining that project managers have updated all budgets, entered all subcontracts, change orders, and commitments. the preparation and maintenance of bank draw documents. the processing of of monthly subcontractor applications and other payables.
